We went to the Napa Rose Cooking School on Saturday. It was part of the California Adventure Food and Wine Festival that they have annually. We wanted to sign up for it last year, but it was sold out so we got an early start this year! The class was led by the three head chefs at Napa Rose. We learned a lot, even though it was only five hours and we were able to pick up some very helpful techniques We had a really good time and one of the best parts was enjoying the fruits of our labor!

Mmmmm! Everything looked delicious! When can you re-create the meal (and make sure we're over when you do!) ;-) By the way, nice slide show...what program did you use?
